We’ve reached a million hits here on the radio blog for Honest Tunes .

Glad to see you’re here for the next mill.

Thanks to all the friends, music fans, bands, publicists, magazines, record labels, streamers, panic freaks, web monkeys and assorted university denizens who contributed to our first cool million.

In celebration, I will send an Honest Tunes Music Collectors Package to the first person to post a Comment here on the site, after the 1,000,000th hit.

The prize goes to…. naturalstate! For his comment on August 21, 2007 – the day we surpassed 1000000 on the hit counter. Jordan is a listener from Little Rock who has been pulling the webcast stream from time-to-time lately, and leaving comments/requests that give me ideas for future shows. He asked for M.E.M.P.H.I.S. by the Disco Biscuits and proceeded to not-be listening when I played it. So I will play some more Biscuits for natty soon, probably get that Splattums request on next time. Natural State is a nickname for the great state of Arkansas.

The Music Collectors Package will contain: CD’s – posters – tshirt – and collectable fanzine material from the old parking lot days.
