All good news!

KXUA is back on the air with an improved transmitter for a clearer signal that should stretch for longer distances around Fayetteville than it has for the last few months. More improvements to our signal will be coming next year. Also the college radio webcast is officially back online and streaming again while Congress works on negotiations about the webcasting royalty rates.

Recorded Live Tuesdays 10-Midnight After HT Radio

Honest Tunes has a new neighbor, following my show and extending the goodness to 4 straight hours of back-to-back webcast programming on Tuesday nights: Recorded Live Radio Show is back! Briffle is reviving this show from KXUA’s halcyon days, to feature concert recordings spanning space and time. Plenty of new concerts and old gems have accrued since Jweiss last ran Recorded Live (also on Tuesdays after Honest Tunes , for quite some time, back in the day). Briffle will be spinning some suprising shows I’m sure, so stay tuned every Tuesday following Honest Tunes starting tonight for Briffle’s first 2007 episode of Recorded Live. I’m going to invite Briffle to post his setlists here on the radio blog as well.

I’m working on an ethics paper today for school, and planning to take a break and and lift-off with some music at 8 o’clock.

Listen to the radio show webcast tonight for announcements of upcoming concerts in the Northwest Arkansas area for 2007, and hear new CD’s and classic tracks from the best of eclectic jambands and the full range of Americana roots.

Sounding great DGold… I sure do wish I was there. Thanks for the shout out, it still sounds pretty darn “soaring” over the webcast!
